The Evergreen Package Service

The Evergreen App Package and Publishing Service

When creating scripted Windows OS installations or gold images, additional applications are typically installed manually and integrated into the build. To ensure a compliant working platform, application patches and version updates that are continuously released by vendors need to be integrated into the build to patch security vulnerabilities and fix bugs.

The Virtual Engine Evergreen Package and Publish Service takes care of this time-consuming task for you. We eliminate the need for the manual updates by automating the testing and packaging of the installation of latest application versions during the scripted OS deployment or gold image build creation.

Required packages can be integrated into any Windows desktop/server build process including automated publishing of them directly into Intune. Via a subscription key, apps are updated daily as new binaries are released to be packaged, tested and published. The service covers most Microsoft and Adobe Apps and is supported on all common platforms. Additional custom packages can also be configured.
